Primary Steel Structure

  • Main frame components, such as steel columns and steel beams, are manufactured from hot-dip galvanized hot-rolled H-sections and welded sections. These members are bolted together on site. A factory-applied galvanization finish provides enhanced rust and corrosion protection for all primary framing elements.

Secondary Framing

  • The secondary framing system consists of galvanized purlins, tie rods, and roof and wall bracing.

Bracing System

  • Round steel sections are used for knee bracing and other necessary supports within the portal frame, improving the overall stability and durability of the building structure.

Cladding System

  • The roof and walls are clad with color-coated corrugated steel sheets, hot-dip coated with a zinc-aluminum alloy. Fixed to the exterior of the structure, the cladding provides protection against harsh weather and delivers an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
